No refund can be given if the information given to us at Miss NiNi’s Fine Desserts was inaccurate or incorrect. A followup order would need to be reestablished with the correct information. Both the dessert(s) and shipping would be at the customer’s expense.
Refunds are not given for:
- Wrong address
- Acts of God
- Problems not related to or caused by Miss NiNi’s Fine Desserts
- Not following handling and thawing instructions
- A dessert sent to someone who is out of town
- Arrival time on day of delivery. Guaranteed daily times of delivery vary with location as per FedEx. For guaranteed time of delivery to a specific shipping location, please contact us at email@example.com or 712-249-0145.
